I thought I saw a reference (that I can't find now, of course) to the fact that North Trails have an electric water heater, instead of gas. Is this correct? The standards/options section of the website lists it as a DSI water heater, which implies gas. Thanks in advance.

If I download the Floor Plans brochure, the 28RLS has a hitch weight of 550 lbs. However, on the specifications section of your web site, it shows 690 lbs, a 140 lb difference. What is the actual hitch weight? Thanks!
