Jim, I saw a Cyclone going down the road in South Dakota two years ago without and HL ID. The only way I knew it was a Cyclone was because of the front end.

This has happened to us several times. Pull the furnace fuse in your fuse panel box and wait for a couple of minutes reinsert fuse and start furnace. Hope this helps.

Most of these things should have been taken care of when you did your PDI. Granted that most of the problems should have been taken care of at the factory during the Quality Control inspection. Good Luck with your new rig.

The way things are going we should qualify for "Historic" plates in another month or two.

Mine has done the same thing again for the, lost count, time. Caulking, putting new screws in etc seems to be only a band aid fix and comes apart after being on the road.

Kathy, Sounds very familiar only ths happened to our LM and on both sides of the coach and we could see right through the frame. The difference was we have the level up on our coach and that held the frame together because it is welded to the top and bottom of the frame.

Are the graphics decals or painted, is there a docking center and what is the width?

Guess I should have also said to take pictures and contact the factory to see if they will do anything. The factory use to have the people with this problem go back to the factory for a fix. Do not know what the policy is now.

Rick & Debbie, A whole bunch of us have had that problem. What has been found in most cases is the frame welds have broken. I would have thought HL would have corrected this problem by now.

Not totally true. It took me over 3 weeks to get parts because of a vacation and the order was sitting on a desk. I guess no one else could do the ordering but never could find out why that is.

When the four of us (Jim, Shiela, Judy and myself) were in Houston all last winter I got to walk Frostbite, aka Frostie, and I have touched her but not what I would call petting. Some day I will but I have to see her more often.

Sounds like broken welds in the frame. Contact Jim Fenner at the factory to see if you can get some help. If the frame has broken welds all the caulking in the world will not help.

Re: Heartland Rally "Cruise"? We have been on two Carnival cruises and enjoyed them but this has been about 15-20 years ago. They are a more layed back cruise line, not into a strick dress code and neither am I, shorts and a tee are the dress for the day.

Looks like they put the light switch by the kitchen table back in, thats good.

Re: Heartland Rally "Cruise"? Another thing to consider is parking for the rv. Not all people have houses, fulltimers like us have the ability to travel wherever the cruise will originate. Miami is one port that comes to mnd where they let rv's park.

If trading in your Sundance I would steer away from RVs for Less. They have great prices on new units but will give you nothing for your old coach. They offered me $22,000 for my '05 Landmark.

We had great service with RV Capital in July & August. JD and the crew were good but everyone else involved in trying to fix the problems with our trailer sucked to say the least.

I have heard of this being done but with you being in On, Canada I would still use the rv anti freeze. Better safe than sorry next season.
