I just learned this handy little fact the other day. In the master bedroom, check the cable outlet, there is a little black switch, connected to a red LED. This switch is for the antennae booster, and if it's on an external signal won't work.

Any chance Heartland would consider adding a boat style retractable ladder/steps permenantly attached to the ramp door?

We've had our 4250 for a year now, and had no idea the drawer was there. Not as much room as the lifting platform, but already being put to good use.

Question for those of you with the selector switch on your 4250. Where is the switch located? We have a 2017 4250, and I think Heartland changed the selector switch to a Power Control System. If you have the selector switch do you also have an LED readout?

That's the same unit I bought, and it won't connect from the cab of my truck to the camera. It's a common issue with large toy haulers. My 4250 is 43' 6", pulled behind a Megacab Ram 3500 DRW, that's a lot of aluminum between the camera and display.

$40 for a gallon of flex seal, heck if it can turn a screen door into a boat it should be able to seal an RV roof! Just kidding, and I don't mean to make light of your situation, but if you need a temporary fix before a shop can get to it, it might be an option.
