Question on slide topper adjustment - should the torsion spring tension for a slide topper be greater when the slide is fully extended or be greater when the slide is retracted. I think the controller setting depends on truck, year model, controller used, etc. I have mine set on 7.0 and it is just right.

We also had the slide toppers put on - not only does it help avoid debris accumulating on the slide tops, it helps keep the temps down on the slide tops when RVing on hot summer days.

Suggest checking all breakers and check all outlets with GFI circuit to see if anything is tripped. For what you lost, I'd be surprised if it is a fuse but check them anyway. Were you doing anything unusual when the power was lost?
