Good luck. Let us know what happens. We are fortunate to have a very responsive mobile service company south of you about 70 miles. They have had to order the unit as they ran low on stock having replaced 6 units in the past two weeks, all apparently 15K. Will be next week when they can get ours...
My unit is at River Ranch in Florida. A Dometic authorized service dealer has been out both times to replace the units. Have a call into them for the third unit. About a 30 minute drive from their shop.

Have had both units replaced on our 2016 Big country. Purchased unit Dec 2016, replaced both air by august. Rear unit just went again. This will be the 3rd unit in 16 months. Did purchase the AC extended warranty for full 5 years. Others here in the resort have had very similar results.

Followed Dan's advice by pulling up the rear jacks, leveling with the from and then manually leveling with the rears. Dropped the coach 2 inches and much more stabile with the tires on the ground. Thanks for everyone's input and help.
Well, removed the anti-siphon check valves that were installed BACKWARD at the factory from behind the walls and installed a brass check valve and anti-siphon valve at the flush connections. In the process discovered the city water connection exiting the water pump was loose and was flooding the...
So being a little curious here. Since the two "Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker/Check Valves are located in a wall between my Bedroom and the Shower, and the purpose of the devices to to provide protection from backflow into the potable water system when flushing the tanks, and, from what I have read...
Think I will remove the valve and install an elbow to verify the anti-siphon valve is the issue before I start cutting. That will have to wait until Friday. The second valve is behind this one but to short to pull out.
I suspect you are correct. The problem is I don't think the line length will allow me the change it IF I could get to it through the the small port in the shower.
Also new to the 6 point leveling. Seems to be working fine, but had a question. We are on very level site with less than 2% slope. The jacks in auto level lift the wheels entirely off the ground. Is this correct? Came from a 40' DP, and find this unusual.
Just purchased 2016 BC 3950 FB. Neither of the 2 black tanks will flush. Located the anti- siphon valves behind the shower through the small access port, look to be installed correctly. Unit was delivered 12/31. Neighbor saw my unit and liked it so well he bought one just like it. One of his...
Just went to flush the tanks on our new BC 3950 FB (1-1/2 bath), same issue. DirtyMax 88, did you get your issue resolved? It is just like the the line is plugged, no water getting to the tanks.
I did in fact speak with Joel and he was very informative, accommodating and able answer most of my questions. The confusion relative to packages was a dealer issue, not a Heartland issue related to additional mark-up. I really appreciate the prompt and informative response from Joel at Heartland.
Tried to post from my phone, but apparently didn't post. From what I have been able to learn, there are at least 4 packages for the 2016's. Independence, executive, exclusive and pearl elite. They seem to be based upon the dealers (larger like LaMesa and Camping World) specifications mostly...
Well, just made a deposit on 2016 FB. Looking forward to joining the group. Thanks for your quick responses. I finally figured out how the different dealers order different packages so I can get an apples for apples comparison on a unit (as much as possible)
Thank you for the quick response. Another couple of questions then. The 20 gal water heater, auto leveling, wireless remote control system w/fab, upgraded front and rear end cap w/paint. and Pearl Elite are not a package apparently. What manufacturer makes the 20 gal. HWH and what does the...
