Did you check the breaker (not a fuse) for the washer outlet? Also my fuel station has a timer button in the control cabinet that needs to be pushed before the pump can be activated. There is a lever on the pump to lift after to turn it on.

Look up Cyclone loading ramp failure started by Porthole. I haven’t figured out how to cut and paste the link on Tapatalk app.

Yes mine was sagging at the floor. I never checked the roof portion of the slide to see if it was sagging proportionately. Is yours only noticeable along the top?

Check for bent bracing under the slide. Mine had very thin angle brackets that had bent down. I welded heavier gage steel brackets to the frame and all good now.

If it’s the winegard connect 2.0 it is a combination WiFi range extender from campground service and also if you pay for a data subscription a cellular data receiver. Everything is built into it and it transmits the signal to your WiFi devices like in your home. You would need to pick either...
if it’s delaminating and spongy I don’t know of any way to fix it. It’s made up of a sandwich of exterior skin, styrofoam and then thin luan wood with a non skid glued to it. You maybe could cut out the bad luan and splice a piece back in. On mine I had to have the Lippert door replaced. Before...
The sections are interlocked at the bottom of the frame. Once the front screws are removed start on the left side and lift up and they should unclip from each other.

Start on the left side and remove the screws in the front track through to the floor. There should be two screws per section.
As a side question back to you how is your couch holding up? Ours just started peeling. It’s a 2016 4200. We will be looking for a replacement couch soon.

I have pictures of my replacement of my side patio on a different thread. Cyclone 4200. Heartland provided new patio and I did all labor. Before I installed it I took rear and side ramp to local Rhinoliner company and had both sprayed a light gray. Then found while re assembling the bolts that...
I also have the Pedal Commander installed that allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the throttle. It works great with no problems. You can adjust it on the fly through BT on your phone. No real power gain but eliminates the throttle lag. It takes about 2 min to install.

Same exact thing happened on my Chevy. I sent it back and should have a new one in a couple days. Not feeling real confident this was a very good investment. I’ll give it another try and see how it goes.

Just an FYI for anyone looking to purchase the Dr Performance module. Apparently they are also the same unit marketed as Stealth Performance and also another name that I can’t remember. Shop around as the Stealth was $50 cheaper than the Dr Performance for the L5P Chevy. Also there is a YouTube...
I had mine replaced under warranty and had spray on bedliner applied to new one (side patio) and also did the ramp. I sealed all the bolt holes when putting back together. Did all this in 2017 and still holding up great.

I am also thinking of removing the sink so I can get my Honda pioneer 1000-5 in. I am thinking though of some kind of brackets to hang the sink on and still be removable when I need to. Anyone have any ideas for a bracket?

I know this is an older post but I’m about to pull the trigger on a P1000-5 and going to try and squeeze it into my 4200. Does anyone know if theirs fit with the add on roof?

100% agree with porthole. Fill the torx hole and around the bolts with sealant. Or spray the whole thing with bedliner like I did.

Go back and read some of the old posts about the oem Towmax tires that have almost the exact same specs as the Gy endurance. They would blow on the way home from the dealer. Heartland wisely upgraded to the sailun in 2016 which is a much heavier duty tire.
I had a typo the gy are rated at...
Just an observation but those don’t look like G rated tires. My Sailun’s S637 are much thicker in the tread area and look like a semi truck tire. They are a 14 ply tire rated at 4400lbs at 110psi. The GY Endurance when I look them up say load range E and max 3360lbs at 80psi. If that is what...
Thanks LBR for the info and pics. I still wish they would make a lock that would fit in that space so we wouldn’t have to cut my frame. I worry about down the road if I had a problem with Rv lock and wanted to change it out to something different I would have to deal with the cut window frame...
I wish they would make a lock that would fit on my 4200 cyclone with the full window in the door. Even the narrow one is still too wide to fit without hitting the window frame.[emoji3525]

You have a three axle trailer which puts a lot of strain when turning on the two outside axles. I rotated mine at about 5000 miles by moving the tire closest to the front all the way to the rear axle. Middle Tire to front and rear tire to middle axle. I still have the factory Salium tires...
Dick Gore RV in Jacksonville, FL is where we purchased our 4200. They have a pretty good service Dept. Not sure where you are located but I agree camping world is probably not the best choice.
I too had two of my AC units go bad last year and dometic replaced them out of warranty but I had to...
My 4200 LR slide jumps around a bit (bottom starts to come in and top leans back before the whole things starts sliding in. Did you say yours jumps up?
I did notice the fridge side has a slight gap at the bottom on the inside I can put my fingers behind it and the wall. The other side is...
Re: Cyclone loading ramp failure THANKS LIPPERT for nothing
I have only had to replace my side patio but had the same issue with the different spring layout. They sent me a black sheet metal cover plate about 4” tall x 8’ to cover up the old holes then we drilled and tapped the new holes...
So I’ve posted on this before and have replaced my side patio while it was just out of warranty. Lci replaced it and shipped for free but I had to cover cost to paint and the labor to install. I had my local truck bed liner co spray both the side and rear patio ramp. In taking it all apart...
On my 4200 the signal booster is located where the bedroom tv is located and yes it is in the closet. Has a little button and a red light that comes on when it is activated for over the air signals.

My bad yes that was the 4220 giant I was comparing. The 4270 is the closest thing to the 4200 and 4250 now. Main difference other than kitchen layout is the 4200 has two full bathrooms where the 4270 only has one. Still I was just surprised that they would drop so many models in one fell...
On 4270 no side patio and has a 20’ deep garage. They did an open floor plan design. Kinda back to old school toy haulers that you could hose out the dirt from front to back which we didn’t car for. The 4200 is much more homey feeling. There are quite a few others that are missing. Was anyone...
