The hitch lock was a masterlock, hardened steel. They had a metal grinder to get thru it (as well as the storage gate)...clearly pros. All other compartments were std locks, battery disconnect etc. Hope the VIN can get recorded with Heartland etc as stolen : 5SNFB3426HE323462

Our M32 was stolen from 290 Storage in Cypress, TX last night together with another PUMA trailer. Police is on the way, but camera footage seems to grainy. What next? Highly customized, tons of personal items in it. Where would a stolen unit go? Try to sell or slaughter?

I removed the small TV and V-bracket and moved it into the bunk room for the kids. Then installed the widest TV we could find (~28") with a new std bracket. Works pretty well with a few chairs in a semi circle at night.

Update Nov '17: Thanks to Hurricane Harvey, we had the underbelly completely restored and during that time had the shop check and tighten all connections on the black tank flush system in the underbelly. Tested it heavily a couple of weeks ago and ZERO leaks. :-) Clearly, some thing was loose...

Trying to locate more information on the Mallard in general (ideas, troubleshooting etc). I understand the Mallard series is a Camping World exclusive series, and I would believe it is based on one or more existing Heartland series with many, many commonalities. Who can shed light on this? Thanks.

Are you talking about leaks when running water in the outdoor kitchen or leakage underneath that could come from other areas? In the former case, I suggest to open the access panel(s) and hand(re)tighten the faucet and sink fittings.

Same scenario in our M32...I keep the bathroom door open during storage and short transport and put a small pillow at the bottom to prevent the door from swinging and damaging parts. Keeping it open also helps with the ventilation.

Here is a picture of the bed in the OPEN position. Looking a the folding mechanism and cushion sizes, this appears to me to be a design flaw. There is no option to level the top portions and create a smooth/flat sleeping surface. We are considering blankets or a cut-to-size foam cushion (WalMart).

Measured yesterday after some other updates... The kitchen cabinet doors are the smallest ones in the M32 - measuring ~15x15". Any doors for under dinette storage would need to be smaller, about ~12x13" max IMO. Cheers.
