We have a schwintec slide, our camper spent a month at the dealer, they claim “they can’t find the leak”, we have videos of the water coming in/creating the leak, but they can’t duplicate it. Dealer came to the conclusion the “roof of the slide is too flat and just holds water”. So the...
My husband got rid of the tank valve that was just for the bathroom sink and used another piece of pvc to connect to the black/aux dump valve and now the two tanks balance off of themselves so now I have a 60
Gallon grey tank, it’s awesome
Looking for insight for three issues, we have a 2019 torque t285
1. We have a leak at the corner of the slide in the actual camper, floor is compromised all the way to the wall that has the schwintech mechanism. Service center said leak was caused by the black channels at the base of the slide...
We have a t285, you have two 30 gallon gray tanks. One is just for the bathroom sink and the other holds your shower and kitchen. Really dumb design, majority of water usage is kitchen sink and shower. We put our two tanks together and eliminated the second pull valve, so much better and useful
This happened to us and actually ripped up our linoleum, we took it to the dealer who fixed the linoleum and then shaved an inch or so off the cabinet and then put felt on it so if by some odd change it does catch, it slides much smoother. Haven’t had an issue since-ours was still under warranty...
Have torque t285. We have 60 gallons of gray and thought it was split into two 30 gallon tanks, we investigated and it looks like the kitchen sink and shower go to the same tank and bathroom sink is on its own. Still looking into this, but does anyone know if they overflow the two tanks into...
Does anyone know what th “aux” button sensor measures? We have two gray tanks and was told by the dealer the gray sensor is for both but our “aux” sensor is reading full while gray states empty, we know the gray isn’t empty since we’ve showered, so confused.
I thought the same, blown fuse should have given us 0 volts, I asked my husband, he thinks maybe the fuse wasn’t completely broken? Needless to say, it’s working now and if it blows again then we will have to take it in. Thank you for the responses and help!
Re: Not getting enough power to happijac system
Actually found the problem. Blown fuse, checked them previously, so not sure why it wasn't caught the first time, but never the less, problem solved (hopefully). Thanks for the help though!
Re: Not getting enough power to happijac system
Ok tried that, couldn’t find a reset switch but we checked the power to both the input and output and we are getting min 13 volts of power, any other thoughts?
Just brought our heartland torque t285, happijac system won’t work, it worked fine during our walk through. We have determined it is due to not getting enough power. We only get 9 volts and by using a car battery and giving it 12 volts the system works. Everything is still under warranty...
Hi,
My husband and I went to the rv show by us this weekend. We currently have a 2014 Starcraft 24rls travel trailer. We bought it brand new and ever since our first campout it has been nothing but trouble and headache, from the roof ripping, awning breaking, issues with the black tank, and the...
