Just brought our heartland torque t285, happijac system won’t work, it worked fine during our walk through. We have determined it is due to not getting enough power. We only get 9 volts and by using a car battery and giving it 12 volts the system works. Everything is still under warranty, however it’s a four hour trip to get it down to Camping World and then back home. Not to mention we don’t even know if they have availability to fix before our first campout in May. Looking to see if anyone has had this happen and if their is a quick fix without taking it to Camping World. Please help

You may have a 12V DC mini-circuit breaker that's tripped and needs to be reset. The mini-circuit breakers are located near your battery. One has a teeny-tiny reset button that needs to be pressed to reset the breaker.
If you have the Level-Up system, cycle the mode to check DC voltage. When on shore power, it should read 13.2 - 13.6 VDC. If it reads low the most likely cause is a tripped breaker.
If you don't have the Level-Up system, go to your control panel where you can check the holding tank levels. The display also shows approximate battery level. On shore power, all 4 lights should be ON when you press the test button.
Your row of breakers will probably be covered by a red rubber boot. Once the boot is removed, it should look something like the pictures below. The arrangement of wires will be different on your rig.

Addressing your stated four hour trip to Camping World for warranty service, Heartland has a policy of letting you get your warranty service wherever you want to. Just call Heartland Service in advance of coming in, for service for authorization. Have your VIN number and details of your warranty problems ready.
Here is a good resource to find RV Servicers: RVServiceReviews.com Heartland Service also keeps a list of servicers they have worked with in your area.
Experienced RV owners on this forum pretty much agree that the independent businessman RV Servicer (No RV Sales) has all of the incentives in place to give you the most satisfactory RV Service experience. Unfortunately, Service at most selling RV dealers is a profit loss department they MUST have in order to be able to sell RV brands. They have very little incentive to give quick and satisfactory service.

Ok...I might still need more coffee, but if the fuse was blown, wouldn't you have zero power at the jack vs just 9 volts?
Or...are you referring to the breaker that allows the battery to charge?

If your checking the fuse with a digital volt meter and the fuse is in the panel for fuses and the red LED is on,,,, you will get a voltage reading of 8 to 10 volts on one side of fuse and battery voltage of 12v on the other side of the fuse. It is a backfeed thru the LED. I also wasted several hours looking for a problem. Remove fuse and just look, or check fuse with OHM meter.
