    New Fuel 305

Our 2019 Fuel 305 has enclosed underbelly. How would you see loose tank straps or anything under there ? Tanks are strapped in ? Are your 2018 units enclosed ? Are you seeing bulge from covering if so ? Our previous FR unit the tanks were held in with steel rails.

30 gal lavatory aux gray tank

Gaffer, I appreciate your reply. Although my dump valves were not marked I figured how to check each one just by opening and closing drains and slide valves. Danmeyer thanks for your reply. We take military showers and can get about 8-10 including shave and brush teeth in lab sink on 30 gals...

    I have to rant

The cracked drain pipe, I assume drain pipe cracked for a reason. Maybe not good pan support.Make sure the cause is found too. Water service leaks would leak with shower on or not. Fridges never work well on strictly battery. Hooked into shore power acceptably better. However the propane issue...

    Trailer Brake Check

Possibly a brake wire on the trailer worn or exposed to the ground (frame). My old unit would wear and eventually short out inside the axle. Probably a burr in there. You can check it by following the wires from your junction box, down the frame and to each brake. Best of luck

    Beyond a Warranty II

Dave asked me to reply on the end result of the issues. The end result is there is no end yet. We have been able to take the unit out for 2 days and 4 days. The two day trip we found our sink still leaking, the black tank flush receptacle leaking inside unit. Wires dangling and from rear and...

Yes. Had I done a better PDI I would at minimum seen the roof and not accepted. The other items at the time maybe. I have since researched we should have spent 4 hours to a day under full hook ups and brought some hand tools. HOWEVER CW rushed us, as you have read in others post. CW and HL are...

    Beyond a warranty issue

We've been RVing 14+ years. We have met the nicest people. Never until this comment have we been told to stay home. That was rude and uncalled for. We are not nitpicking like the tear in the bedding, wavering skirts, scuffs on the nose cap, stiff vents, missing curtain straps, goo mess from...

    Beyond a warranty issue

"The rig is beautiful. The nuts and bolts are not right/just not there." Dan, That does not sound like "buyers remorse." Buyers disappointment yes. Not everything has been fixed and stuff fixed like thhie battery lugs I have since redone. As far as noticing a stuff before delivery. The...

Howdy, I do appreciate the replies. I am a quick learner and Have figured what ALL was said. The point of the post is not to keep the unit. We don't feel safe. Why should we when we keep uncovering shortcomings during production. We did look at Heartlands mission statement and having experience...

Howdy, What would you do if this happened to you ? Feb 28 2019 we purchased from CW in Valencia CA a 2019 Fuel 305 Toyhauler. Our previous unit was a 2005 Forest River Wildwood 25BH , purchased new. It looked good as new when we sold it to the first buyer. Only once did it go in for warranty...

We took delivery Feb 28, 2019. We have yet to use it beyond watching a movie inside while stocking it.
