refer heating up in hot days above 90 deg

The model number of our refer is RM 3962 made by dometic. I had a confrence call with David at heartland and a Dometic rep. last week. Both said that my refer was working fine in hot weather with temps above 90 degs. The refer gets up to 50 degs in these hot days and won't cool back down for 6...

    Bh msrp confused

go to great escapes rv in arkansas. They will deal with you and give you a good price. I bought our BH from them the MSRP was over XX,XXX and we bought it for XX,XXX. They are good guyd to deal with too. Barry and your 2500 will pull the new Bh just fine too so theres no need for a new truck too.

Quality is still missing at heartland

it does stay cooler on gas, top temp was 42deg without openning the frig up like we did when it was on electric. I think if we had opened it up every hr just like we did with the electric the temp would have went up higher then 42 degs.

Quality is still missing at heartland

I did call heartland and talked to the rep and was told that if its over a 100 degs outside that the frig wasn't going to stay cold. I have a log that we kept everyday with the temp of the frig and the outside temp and the temp of the coach. My last trailer's frig was always cold.

    Underbelly repair

Take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it right. The covering wasn't cut when you took it to the dealer. They should have replaced the covering. Now water can get into your under belly when your driving in the rain, bugs can also get into your under belly now too.

    Big Horn

I was wondering why the door leading to the den in the Big Horn 3800RD opens towards the sofa, if you have the bed out you cannot open the door. I saw somewhere I think in all these posting that the door is suppose to open towards the kitchen area. Anyone know for sure.
