Duane, Something is off with your screen. Mine slides with 1 finger and will even slide closed while towing.

We use ours a lot and have had no problems. Maybe you could try a glass/screen shop. I always thought it would be cool to replace the screen with the kind you can't see in but you can see out. We always set up the Cyclone so we can drop the back door to see the view etc.

Rod, I did plumb a drain valve along with a line out to the pump. I plumed it closer to the side so I would not have to climb under the trailer to reach it. Where I park at home is pretty rough gravel so it should make it a little easier on the knees.

OK Duane. you've been doing some great mods lately so I'm waiting for you to do the new bed/bench mod. Have you looked into this yet? Has anybody determined if the older style can be retrofitted with the new? Here is a picture of the latest style.

That would be nice. I just used thick plexi glass cut to fit the bottom and top of the door. We leave it open in the winter and summer. Let's in a lot of light and you can see out of the entire door opening. It's pretty thick so we run the heat and air with door open with no loss I'm aware of.
