the 3950 is an awesome floorplan, thats what we own!!

we shopped 1700 miles from home at lakshore rv, best price we could find, local dealer was over 8500.00 higher and would not budge, must have needed a new bmw or caddy!!! oh well, we saved!!!

A wise choice, they keep water and foreign objects off, if you dont have them installed you will want to physically check the slide roof each time prior to closing the slide.

When i purchased my cyclone i had a few things but they were not as big as you have mentioned. have you called the factory? also, you could call the salesman who we ordered our cyclone from and ask him if this is possible. here is his contact info in case you want to see if it is possible. good...

slide covers are a great way to protect the slide, ive had them on pretty much every rv i have owned for the past 10 years.

just saw this model on ebay for around 45k, calling my son, what a deal. Congrats on your new Road Warrior, we may have onein the family soon.

you can download various ones off the web, just google rv pdi, toy hauler pdi etc, you should be able to find one.

aftermarket accessories such as hoses, levels, roof vent covers, hitches etc are sold through the dealer. there are a few options available through the mfgr and your dealer should let you know your choices.

you might check with John at lakeshore rv, they carry both product and he might be able to help you decide which one to go with, he helped us with our Cyclone and was very informative and knowledgeable about the product line. Enjoy whichever you end up with, Heartland makes some great rv's...

Are you after a camping 5th or a full time? Bighorn is more full time. Call John at Lakeshore rv, 231 788 2040, he sold us our last few Heartland products and knows them well. He can shed some light on the differences, good luck!

we purchased ot on our last 2 and then transferred the remaining balance. They are good in my book but then maybe i have bad luck :)

I would buy the slider just to have it in case you ever need it for your Sundance or maybe if you purchase a different brand down the road.
