    Cyclone 4200

Was also waiting to see this floor plan before making my decision. Now I can mark this off my list of choices, but do like the full window in bedroom and pull out tv.

Decisions, decisions, decisions! cy 4100king, cy 3800, or rw 425

I was leaning towards the 4100, but want to look at a 425. The 3800 was nice, but bedroom felt smaller without the extra door on bathroom and queen bed.

Decisions, decisions, decisions! cy 4100king, cy 3800, or rw 425

Oh....and then there's the new elusive 4200 which should make its appearance within two weeks. I'm curious to see the floor plan on this before I pull the trigger.

Decisions, decisions, decisions! cy 4100king, cy 3800, or rw 425

I've narrowed my choice down to the same three. One thing driving our decision is having a window in the main area on the curb side. I want to be able to look out easily when my kids are outside playing. I like the 4100, but only the 3800 and 425 have that setup. I wish there was more counter...

New Heartland Owner - Road Warrior RT 425rw

Very nice. I'm trying to decide between the cyclone 4100 and the road warrior 425. The dealer close to me has one on the lot. http://www.rv007.com/2014-heartland-rv-road-warrior-425rw-new-toy-hauler-va-i991881

    Fort Wilderness Campground - Disney

We will be heading south today towards Orlando, Fl with a stopover in Savannah, GA. Last time we were at Fort Wilderness I saw five other Sundance campers.

    Americamp RV - Franklinville, NC

I just wanted to brag about what a good dealership Americamp RV has been for me. I bought one of the earlier (2007) Sundance 5th wheels from them in 2006. Like others on the site, I had various small warranty issues which the dealer handled well with Heartland. When I developed some problems...

    Shower enclosures

This seems to be a common issue. I know mine leaked into the basement and my dealer used silicone to reseal the inside of the shower. Problem solved. I think it was leaking in the right front corner.

    slide covers

No - in fact - I ordered mine with this option from the factory which was cheaper than the dealer installed ones. From what I have heard, this is a big markup area for dealers.

    Goodyear Marathon Tires

Friend of mine had Goodyear Marathon and didn't get any assistance from Goodyear when the tire blew out. On the other hand, I had one Mission tire blow out and they sent me four new ones within a week with no questions asked. In talking with Goodyear rep a while back, I though he told me some...

    freestar tires

The Freestar tires are the same as the Mission Tires. I blew one of my Mission tires and complained to TireCo and they sent me four new tires which were branded FreeStar, but was basically the same tire as the Mission with the same exact tread pattern.

    Tow Haul Mode Downshifting Hard

I have the tow/haul mode on my ford and the prodigy brake controller and no problems with hard downshifts or trailer brakes being applied when the truck downshifts due to tow/haul mode.

    Asheville or Knoxville TN area

We have stayed at the Pride Resort before in Maggie Valley and it is a nice campground. The offer a buffet breakfast in the mornings. Another good option is Cascade Lakes http://www.cascadelakerecreationarea.com/ We stayed here in June and are going again in October.

    Un-happy with Heartland Sundance

Had the same problems with the shower, but had a good dealer who knew what they were doing. It has to be sealed properly and they were able to get it right the first time. Ours was leaking right under the access door below the bedroom. I think the DVD units they put in these are awful and you...

    Better/adjustable A/C ceiling vents

v92c - that was the thread I was talking about. Give it a try - it works great and will help resolve the airflow problem in the main bedroom. I went from feeling no air in bed to being able to feel the flow.

    Better/adjustable A/C ceiling vents

I would expect that the Big Horn design is similar to the other Heartland products and there is a modification that you can do that will force more air into the bedroom area. I have seen it called tent in the vent and I believe someone had pictures of the process. I did it and it resolve my...

Questions from a first time 5th wheeler

We used both the chocks and the pin stabilizer on ours and am satisfied with the overall stability. We also use the deflappers everytime and they work well. I also use the tie down when at the beach with the winds and have had no problems. I did notice recently the awning flapping when I...

    BethPage Resort - URBANNA VA

We stayed there last year and had hoped to visit again this year, but seems like our year got booked up fast. I would definitely visit again and thought the campground was very nice.

    TV Cable

Connecting to cable on outside. I have 3 connections on the inside. The two work fine (main entertainment and master bedroom). The one in the bunk room isn't working. Thinking splitter problems.

    TV Cable

Does anyone know where they split the cable line on these campers? I just tried to use the cable in the bunk room and it doesn't have a signal. The main entertainment and master bedroom work fine. It's just the cable in the bunk room.

    Mission Tires

So, what's the best price for the pressure pro system?
  25. R

    Mission Tires

I agree. The 15" tires state max psi of 65. I saw where goodyear recommended increasing the psi by 10psi if you were going to exceed the 65mph limit on the ST tires. Concern is whether the rim would handle the additional pressure. Interested in hearing how long you have been running them at...

move Item has exceeded the 1 year listing limit

We actually love our camper, but as my wife would say I am a typically man and always need something bigger and better. Overall, I have been really satisfied with Heartland and haven't had any major issues with mine.

    Floor Plans

I currently own a Sundance, but am interested in knowing if Big Country is going to offer any additional configurations for bunk models. I know some manufacturers are making floorplans that include two bunks and a half bath in the bunk area. Also concerned with current bunk model having...

    Sundance Dealer Concerns

Well - I guess I am the first Sundance owner to chime in here. I have had mine for over a year and still have 1 issue outstanding from my initial walk through. Nothing major and more cosmetic, but even so I have to agree with most people on here that Heartland honestly cares about the overall...

Big Country - Should I buy it?

When I purchased my Sundance, I basically told my local dealer the price I could buy my camper from online plus shipping costs to my house. We then negotiated over two weeks and I feel like the final deal was within $500 of what I could get it for on the internet. In the end, I am happy with...

The grey plastic box is the sub-woofer. If there isn't room, you could always move it to the top part of the cabinet.

    Anything Missing?

I ordered mine with slide awnings, but factory forgot to install them. Ended up shipping them to dealer and they installed. Found the factory price better than what the dealer wanted.

    Mission Tire Club

ChopperBill - with the 15" rims I would have been limited to the Goodyear Marathons which are mostly made in China too. Since TireCo replaced the tire free, I will have to give them a chance. I got lucky and they didn't damage the trailer. Installed the new tires today. I would agree...

    Mission Tire Club

Unbelieveable, I received my 4 new tires today. I was honestly expecting them to take at least two weeks and thought I would have to call TireCo again. The interesting things is the tire shipped were FreeStar tires. I wonder if Mission has changed their branding. The tread pattern is the...

    Sundance 3200BHS

We had several problems with the slide motor. We we took the slide in it wouldn't go back out without cranking the manual crank half a turn. Finally got it fixed after several months. Turned out the bedroom slide motor was installed which was too small for the main slide. Haven't had any...

    Mission Tire Club

I have to say the TireCo who manufacturers the Mission Tires was very friendly and immediately offered to send me a new tire. I had noticed some other abnormal things on two of the other tires, so they are going to send me 4 new tires. I know that this may happen again, but I'm willing to give...

    Mission Tire Club

TRDeal - thanks for the offer. I was able to change the tire in about 15 minutes so got right back on the road. What do people think of Greenball or Carlisle Tires. I can get a set of 4 for $443 out the door which includes balancing. This would be for a ST225/75/15 Load Range E tire. The...

    Mission Tire Club

Joined the Mission Tire Club (MTC) today. Heading east on I-40 just outside of Hickory, NC when the rear passager side tire blew. Didn't know, but a car was flashing lights and then saw tire tread. Luckily, no trailer damage upon initially inspection (sitting on highway). Whole sidewall was...
