That is the exact box on mine... :-) Only difference is I have mine turned around. I know why yours is in that direction, but I wanted to get to my locks easier. It doesn't fly open or anything either.

Not too sure on that chock. I have the BAL and love them! I have no experience with the ones you are looking at. The BALs are only another $18 or so. btw... I don't get crazy with the Jr banners... I only fly a single Jr flag... nothing more is needed. People know who I like. :-)

2011 21FBS with the same issue (has the diamond plating). Took it to my dealer under warranty and Heartland authorized the entire front cap to be replaced and reinforced. Done and it looks great.

I have the same issue. The fender skirt on my left side has cracks at all but one of the holes. I called customer service and they said that there should have been brackets installed at the factory when it was built (they use aluminum scrap). Nope. Mine does not have them... mine is a 2011...

Re: TV/touch scren speakers? Definitely not hooked up that way at the factory. My stereo does not have the aux input either so even running a wire wouldn't help. I have a 2011 North Trail 21FBS...

Angie, On the tires, I would say go for it as well. Our 21FBS's came with bias ply tires and I see all over the place that they have issues. The Heartland brochure has that ours come with radial tires, but they do not and they will not make good on it so be aware of that...

The grill I was shown was stainless steel. Heartland said they ran out of the black Rhino Grills for a time and used the stainless steel grills... of course that was the one I saw and thought I was buying. They were of good quality... the Rhino's are not worth more than $50 in my opinion.

We just picked up our North Trail today... looks awesome and we can't wait to take it on the road! Here are some pics... a couple of notes, we were able to somehow get Heartland to put the wood floor material down out of the Big Contry line and it came with a larger LCD TV than it was supposed...
