Does anyone know if the RV 'height' as shown in the specifications sheet / brochure includes the roof air unit? In my case the height of our 5th Wheel is shown as 13' 2". OK I know I could climb up on the roof and try to judge the height by eyeball with the help of someone holding a tape...

You are correct Bones. The rubber flap is on the interior at floor level and goes in and out with the slide. It's when slide is being retracted that the roller rides up on the flap and 'eats' it.

As mentioned by 'Bones', I also had cut away the damaged portion of rubber flap in front of the roller leaving the remaining portions in place on both sides of the roller. Will now look underneath with slide extended to check on the sheet metal guard 'sengli' described. Whichever way this...

Thanks for feedback. As you said, sounds like we'll just have to live with it. It isn't the elevated slide floor that bothers us so much as how the carpet will fare after repeated folding each time the slide moves in and out.

The edge of the carpet on the large slide in our 2014 3300ML rides up against the island when the slide is retracted. This is causing a permanent fold about 4 inches wide along the leading edge of the carpet that is reluctant to flatten out when the slide is extended. Does anyone else have this...

I found the rocker switch in the access panel. It was pinned in the off position. I feel kind of silly for not seeing this before, but would have thought the dealer would have explained when I brought the alledged issue to their attention....sigh!
