Low Water Pressure/Faucet Pressure OK

Water pressure from RV park faucet approximately 40 psi.
We have very low pressure from the shower, kitchen sink and at the toilet. Pressure from the bathroom basin faucet it very good. To flush the toilet we have to hold the foot lever down for approximately 5 seconds before water flows.
I have looked for leaks in the rig and in the basement and none found.
We cleaned the screen at the rigs fresh water connection. I have cleaned the shower head and the kitchen faucet head. Relieved any air pressure from the hot water heater.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

Are you using a regulator?? If you are, remove it. The cheap ones will restrict flow regardless of inlet pressure. I have a adjustable regulator that I use when needed. If the park pressure is below 60 psi, I don't use a regulator at all.
