You will need Excel to open it natively. You may be able to use free OpenOffice too.

Please post the MSRP and Special Build sheets for Big Country. I found the MSRP now just need the Special Build sheet.

I'm looking at upgrading my unit to a BH 3585RL or 3685RL, and I have a few questions.

Is this the most current Bighorn MSRP sheet?
If I order from the factory now, will it be a 2014 model or 2015?
The latest floor plan I have is from a brochure printed in 12/13. Have the floor plans or available decors changed since that publication?

Other than my dealer, who may or may not give me the correct information, is there someone at Heartland I can contact if I have other questions?

Hi Bob,

I will get the Bighorn MSRP and Special Build sheets updated as soon as possible - maybe even today.

We are not making 2015 Model Year product yet. That usually comes a bit later in the year.

I'd like you to give Kary Katzenberger a call to discuss floor plans etc. Kary is the GM for BH and will have all the answers. He'll tell you all that he can. Reach him at our main number: 574-262-5992.

Bighorn MSRP has been updated in post #1 of this thread. I'm checking on the Special Build sheet to see if there is any change from the November 2013 dated copy attached to post #1. My guess is there's no change to that.

Not to be a pest, but as I surf this site and the Heartland site I see references to the "elite". Is this an upgrade to Bighorn? If so, what does it include. Thanks again, Lee

Lee, the "elite" is just for floor plans that have the Large 7'2" Dinette slide room. Right now we offer this in two floor plans - the 3160EL and 3260EL. I hope this helps
