Kudos to Heartland

Brought my new North Trail RV home and when lowering one of the stabilizers I noticed that the screw shaft in the stabilizer was bent. Did not want to immediately hook up and take it back so I called the dealer and ask if they could get me a new stabilizer. Was told they would have to see the RV, take pictures and get permission from Heartland to replace the stabilizer. We had plans to go camping with our Good Sam group and did not want to leave our RV at the dealers while they got permission to replace the stabilizer. Anyway, went camping with no problem. Came home and called Heartland, talked to Art in Warranty, told him what the dealer said and asked if I could take pictures, e-mail them to him for determination. He said yes, so I did. Got an immediate response from him saying he would authorize a replacement stabilizer to be sent to me from Heartland. That is the kind of support a reputable company supplies. My hat is off to them for the quick Customer Service.
