I also found a lady that will make my custom FlexAir pinbox covers for us. She is making me 4 of them right now. All 4 are spoken for already.
I originally paid about $250 for the first one and she is doing them for half that.
This is not a for sale post !!!

Question: When running the tank flush, can it run full throttle, (100 psi)?

I did run the 100psi water pressure straight from the park into my flush tank and my gauge only went up to just over 60psi. So with that conclusion I would say yes.
As long as it doesn't get much higher then that you'll be fine

Ok I got sidetracked today while I was working on tracking down the wires for the tank level sensors.
I have a ton of wasted space behind my basement wall. There is one big area that has nothing in it and I have been wanting to figure out a way to access that area.
Well this is what I came up with today.

I even installed a light and a motion sensor

Jerrod nice job on your storage addition. It is great to find extra storage space not utilized. On your water pressure post. I think 100 psi is pushing the limits of some RV water hoses. Looks like you may have an extra side job with your water pressure regulator.

Sorry didn't catch that... thanks You can get it from Ace hardware for about $4.00 I'll attach a pic in a sec of where it goes. It not a must but it tilts the gauge towards you for better viewing and it sure looks better that way too.

Ok this one is not pretty but it dose do the job and only took me about 2 minutes to make.
I had this cardboard tube in my junk drawer and finally found a use for it.
Not my best work but you can improve on it yourself.
No more trying to figure out where I put the darn lighters.
They have there own home and it's behind my wall.

No damage to the box thank goodness but I did have to replace the bracket and inner slide tubes. So now I have repaired it and slid it forward about 10"

Jerrod !! A couple questions about your ladder box !! In the first pic, the lid has a joint near the far end, did you put a piano hinge there, so as to not have to remove entire lid .. or is it just a fabrication weld?? Also, how do attach the lid?? Or, do you just put it up against the bottom of the coach to hold ?? Lastly, the 2 bolts on the left side of the lid ?? Just curious !!! Thx

The the first picture there is no lid. The second picture is the box turned upside down.
There is no lid on the box. I made 8.5" inches tall and was going to put a rubber seal on top to but up against the belly. So far I haven't needed to do anything, it does get some dirt and dust in there but hasn't been a problem.
As for the bolts I used the 1 spare tire mounting bracket and drilled 2 holes there then I welded another cross strap from one pipe to the other. Drilled 2 holes and bolted the box on withe the 4 bolts.
I think a 9" tall box would have fit a little tighter and maybe would seal a little better, but it might be a little harder to lift up into place.

Also you need to have a long trailer 40" + if your going to put it behind the spare tire like mine, otherwise I think it's going 5o drag.
Mount it as far forward as possible.

Let me know if you have any other questions or want any pictures of anything you need a better look at.
