2015 Big Country 5th wheel

We got our new trailer July 29th this year. Before we were to leave on Wednesday evening, I put the slide out. It made some horrendous noises and then I noticed it was crooked! John came home and looked at it and realized it pulled the whole cable pulley from the slide out in the bedroom out of the wall! Since we were leaving the next day, John took the mattress off the bed and the cover off the pulleys and realized what a mess it was. He had to remount the pulley and put all back in place. If he was not a "handy" guy I am sure we would have been without a trailer this thanksgiving weekend in Canada! It took about 2 to 3 hours to put it all together. The next day when we had daylight we also saw that the frame on the outside of the trailer pulled away! Nasty stuff!
What do you all think should be done about this? The sales people say it has gone to the warranty dept.
