Additional Info:------------------------------NORHTEAST REGION MEET-N-GREET/POTLUCKJoin us Wednesday, June 14 at 5 PM for the Northeast Region Meet-n-Greet/Potluck. Located at the Nelsons Pavilion. A $2/person charge will be collected to cover the main dish...Ginger's world famous fried chicken!!(Just kidding, will purchase locally). Plates and utensils will be provided. Bring your favorite side dish or dessert. Don't forget to bring your beverage.
Please RSVP if you're coming and what you're bringing.

Dufek's are in, we'll bring baked beans which includes bacon, molasses, brown sugar and other ingredients. Looking forward to a fun filled week in Goshen.

We are told by the venue to not expect power, water, bathrooms, tables or chairs. Just a covered pavilion. That said, I would not be surprised if many of these pavilions in fact have one or more AC receptacles.

If I remember correctly, we had something small there in 2015. I believe there was a receptacle or two in the corners. Don't quote me on it.

No worries though. Between Mercer, Clause and Vanderford's, we have enough heavy extensions to run from the northwest section over to the pavilion. LOL

Looking at where we have your group - in the Nelson's Pavilion, I believe you are correct that there is "some" power there as I remember plugging a PA system in one year.

Only if you request it !!!

That said, have some reconnoiter the area in advance and we can bring.......

If things are the same, that is near the display coaches, so we can tap into one of the many portable power taps.
