kitchen island

Hi has anyone noticed their kitchen island seems loose? Ours is secured to the floor but the entire side panel fell off and im nit sure why (except that the staples they use are too short) is this a huge frame twisting issue or just a simple fit and finish? I am going to reattach it no issue...
