13 Cyclone 4100 Floor Vents - Cleaning

Hello,
We picked up a used 13 Cyclone 4100. We are starting the cleaning and found mouse droppings in the floor vents for the heater.
What would be the best way to clean these?

I considered pulling the fuse for the heater and running bleach or something similar down the vents. Just unsure how to capture the runoff and debri.
Ideas??

If your a bit handy you could drop the coroplast from the bottom of your rig and replace the flex ducting.
Then you need to mouse proof the rig. Those little critters can get in the smallest of openings.
