lildev. I'm going to suggest that a 2009 trailer is no longer available and anything ordered with options would be a 2010. Have you checked the Heartland Website for option types? www.heartlandrvs.com
In the options section it doesn't mention anything. In the picture of the floor plan it says jack knife, does that mean that is the only thing available?

I have the 2010 285bh, which is the twin to the NorthTrail 28bh. We have a pull out air mattress. We had to upgrade to it, but that's what we have.

DntDctr - thanks the specs on the north trail version 28BH state the same. Just confused cause the dealers paper shows less. Guess should just believe in the manufacture specs
No problem Lildev. All I can tell you about mine is it pulls great. I never pulled a 5er before, just a TT. We haven't camped in it yet but I'm dying to go.
