I have a 2011 Bighorn 3070 RL. When i attempt to close the living room slide it closes about half way and stops. I wait about 3 seconds and then it'll move again. I do this about three times before it is completely closed. Has anyone had similar issues?

Same issue. While at the Goshen Rally last year, they replaced the breaker and all has been fine.

Hi Vaden,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

If the other slide close OK and then this one doesn't you need to make sure nothing is binding it causing an extra load on the electric pump causing it to trip the circuit breaker. It does sound like the breaker is tripping and resetting. And it could be just getting old and worn out not being able to carry the load.

Be sure and check out our Heartland Owners Club. Join us at a rally when you can and meet lots of the great folks here and make friends for a lifetime.

Enjoy the forum.

PS,, I am deleting the other post you made about this as forum rules do not allow duplicate postings. I also moved this to the correct area.

Hi Vaden,

As others have said, it's usually the 12V DC Mini-circuit-breaker near the battery. Takes 10 minutes to replace and costs $5-15 depending on where you buy it. Get an auto-reset breaker, 50 amp, same form factor so it fits on the buss bar.

There's probably a red rubber boot covering the breakers. Here a picture. Your buss bar may look a bit different, but look for the heavy wires, using the example below to guide you.
