2012 Landmark Rushmore for sale 29,000
RV is in good condition,
We have a dorm fridge off to the left of the fireplace this was added to hold additional cold water and canned drinks and adult beverages.
Upgraded Stereo and DVD player with Bluetooth sound bar
The receiver hitch/ rear bumper was custom made by a local performance fabrication shop to allow the ability to add a bicycle rack or flip up cargo carrier.
The carpet and floors are in good condition. (no holes or issues)
A new roof was added to the trailer 2 years ago by RVroof.com which has a lifetime warranty. (It’s a spray on the roof and not the tearable membrane roof)
The RV has a stackable washer and dryer in the bedroom closet.
Full body paint is in good condition. (Washed and waxed twice a year)
All interior lights have been updated to LED lights over the halogen lights.
Currently, it has the gooseneck hitch(Which I’m retaining) I do have the original 5th wheel hitch that came with the trailer.
