I’m looking at purchasing this unit. Going back Saturday to do a final walk through. Can you give me some advice areas to look at?

I would say to check for delamination and water leaks first, then just check that all appliances work properly. You can check the suspension for signs of wear and the tires. Make sure that they are in good condition and the date of manufacture.
