Top cabinet in living area has several connections one the old red white yellow.. one coax and 2 hdmi spots. the Samsung tv.. has two or 3 hdmi ports.. One I can get to work. The dvd that was here originally, I believe the original owners took that out. I brought mine up today, plugged a loose hdmi cord into hdmi 2 of the tv.. then plugged in the hdmi cable from the back of the dvd player to one of the hdmi spots on the wall plate.. Did not work, tried the other open hdmi spot on the second wall plate.. to no avail How are they connected?
