2016 Big Horn fresh water tank filling

When our 2016 Big Horn is hooked up to city water the fresh water tank fills up in about a day and half. I contacted Heartland with the thought that the valve that regulates the water may be defective and sure enough I was told by Heartland that they have had a lot of problems due to a bad batch of canisters with leaking rubber seals or gaskets allowing the fresh water tank to fill. They are sending me a new canister that they say is a 20 minute fix that I can do myself and everything should be good. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi johnejones,

A number of people have reported leaks with the Anderson 4-way valve, often with the same symptom you have. It's also possible for the pump to cause the same problem if its internal check valve gets stuck partially open.
