Can anyone tell me where the pump is located?

I would start looking behind the basement wall, near the water inlet area. One way to assist is to turn on the water pump and follow the sound, if you can hear it.

try basement drivers side remove rear panel & it shouls be there. Have a 2018 Torque 327 & that's where mine is

Can anyone tell me where the pump is located?

mine is a 2017 Bighorn and beside the Easter manifold is a panel you have to remove and it is behind it. Mine was large enough to crawl into and change it out. I took the panel out and built a door in it so I could use the extra space for my cleaning supplies, wax buffer etc.

Yes, basement drivers side remove rear panel.... that's where it was... Thanks all!
