I'm new to these events but something doesn't jive...the chart says "3 nights camping" but the bullet points here https://heartlandowners.org/club/2017/02/14/rally-rates/ say "5 Nights Camping at Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds"

Busted! Thanks for pointing this out. I used a 2016 rally table and added 2017 rates. Will fix ASAP.

Great question Jamie. I have an iPad and iPhone and can test those. Terry H, Dave H and Kevin W both have Android phones and can test those. I'll report back here on that and I'll give advise in the Rally Registration Invitation Email.
