2019 mallard M335 bedroom window opening?

Hello, I would like to know if the window above the bed can be opened and closed for air, without using it for an emergency exit?

From the pics that I've seen it looks like emergency exit only.
But, if your creative I think you could set up a screen for that window, find a way to prop it open and have plenty of air movement.
