2019 Terry V-21 Bed tilt issues.

Hello: All

I just bought a New 2019 Terry Classic V-21, and when I picked the unit up it was having an issue with the bed tilt control. I can get it to work by pressing the reset button on the control module, once the module flashes a green light you can make the bed tilt up or down, but if you come back in 5 mins and try again it doesn't work and I have to reset the module again......I assume its the control module and the dealer says they have it on order (its been 5 weeks) I'm just wondering if anyone else had this issue and if so what was the fix. I would have taken it back to the dealer.....but they are a few hours away.

Hello StiMatt and welcome to this great forum.
I suggest that you give Heartland Customer Service a call. They will be able to tell you if the part has indeed been ordered by your dealer.
If you think that you can swap out the problem part yourself then you might ask if Heartland will ship the part directly to you.
