2024 BIG COUNTRY LEAKING UNDER RV

We just bought this big country 3 weeks ago and we have had a few issues one being slide leaks and the rubber seals on top of the slides were all coming off no sealing at all ... but as of tonight my husband is out of town and I was taking a shower I thought he had left the grey tank open like we always did on our other 5th wheel but all of sudden the shower was full so I went outside to empty it and it was over flowing allover the place under the camper and inside my bedroom at the washing machine connections.. the smell was awful its just grey water and we had just emptied it a few days before. Husband said he didn't leave it open cause of the smell every time we drain the tanks our bedroom has the worst odor ever! that's where the W/D connections are. anyone else had this issue.. waiting on Dealer to call me back

1st make sure the valves are labeled correctly. Upon purchased I did this & found miss labeled valves for my rear grey & black tanks. Good luck

It sound like you have a bad air admittance valve at the washer /dryer outlet. This will allow stink to come back into trailer. Contact Heartland re- issues about slide rubbers coming off and your slide leaks.

I would also try some grey water tank treatment chemical (do a websearch for a listing of the many brands). Ultimate fix is to have an RV wastewater tank cleaning service come out to your site. Do a websearch on RV tank cleaning services to find mobile companies in your area.

It would be absolutely scary to think that you would need flush the grey tank alteady

These tank cleaning services also have fiberoptic scopes to inspect the inside of the plumbing and tanks, have lots of experience in these RV sanitation systems, and can diagnose problems and maybe tell you if your RV plumbing was assembled incorrectly.
