31 DB Slide gear disengages

When the slide comes all the way in, I hear the normal click then a clunk kinda sound and the slide won't move either way. I have to manually crank it out a bit to re engage the slide motor. It there an adjustment I can make to remedy this ? Thanks

First determine which slide mechanism you have on the rig.
