Maybe the factory reps could give me an answer to a simple question concerning my TV mount. I have waited for over 2 weeks to get the TV that came with the unit installed in my trailer and have yet to get this simple thing accomplished thanks to either Heartland or my dealer. Hard to believe that my trailer purchase has been so poor.
