Hi, I'm looking at purchasing a 2017 cyclone 4113. I'm wondering what the pin weight is on it?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.
Looking at some internet listings, the empty pin weight would be 3,590 lbs. The empty pin weight of 3,590 is about 22% of the listed empty trailer weight of 15,970.
Generally, 5th wheel pin weight runs around 20-25% of GVWR. GVWR on the 4113 is 20,000 lbs. So based on the 22% when empty, you might expect an actual pin weight, when loaded, to be around 4,400 lbs.
But on toy haulers, heavy toys in the back may reduce the pin weight a bit.
So depending on how you load the RV, you'll likely be between 3,590 and 4,400, and probably closer to 4,400.
Others may chime in if they know their measured pin weight when loaded. But since your loading may be different, you'll still have to load up and weigh your rig to know the actual pin weight.

I have a 2018 2500hd duramax l5p 4x4 cc 6.8 " bed. I put timbren load helpers on it as well.

While I'm not sure if your Timbren load helpers actually support more weight, or just level the bed of the truck, you might also consider the axle, wheels and tires and their capabilities.

Not sure whats rated for 9000 lbs, but load range E tires listed for your vehicle are rated between 3200-3500 lbs per tire at 80 psi. Load range shown depends on what diameter wheels you have, the 17 and 20 inch tires are rated just below 3200 lbs while the 18 inch tire is rated just over 3500 lbs. According to the Trailer Life 2018 towing guide your truck is only rated to tow about 14,400 lbs depends on axle ratio. You may want to double check your owners manual and the weight sticker located in the door jam area before completing your purchase to verify your vehicle’s capabilities.

I have a 2015 F350 DRW with high capacity towing. The pin box/hitch weight, or slide in truck camper weight limit for my truck is 5100 lbs, and/or a 25,000 trailer towing capacity.
I don’t see how a 3/4 ton SRW would have a 9000 lb capacity! I did add Firestone air bags to my truck to stabilize the ride, but they will not increase the load capacity above 5100 lbs. The manufacturer sets the load capacity for the rear axle based upon the rear axle bearings, rear gear ratio and rear tire capacities.

With a single cab, two-wheel-drive truck with the smallest (non-diesel) engine available. GVWR is 10,000. Subtract the weight of a crew-cab, 4x4 with a diesel engine, and you're probably closer to just under 2,000 lb.
I think the short answer is that a 20k GVWR fifth wheel and a 3/4 ton truck with any number of suspension mods are just not compatible.
