Actual garage length and options

I was wondering what the actual garage lengths are. I have measured several in person from different brands and some are actually a couple inches less than advertised and some a couple inches more. Also is there an option to get a 12'6" garage when ordering? Thanks!

On my 4100, with the patio railing and 3 season screen enclosure, my 12' garage is 11' 0" clear. I was concerned about the height of my Mule, but it was the length that almost blew the deal. The Mule is 10' 10". Personally, I would rather have the roll up screen door than the 3 season doors, since I don't have an AC in the garage, and about 75% of my camping is in hot weather. That would give you about another 6" of clearance.

I have a RW390 and loose a few inches with the patio railing. Still have to take the bed off my Gator.
