Adding new 120V outlet

Looking to add an outlet next to bunks in a 2020 Mallard M26. Just below the thermostat looks to be a good place. Suggestions for where to get power? Closest would be from outdoor kitchen but then it would be GFI which really isn’t necessary.

While GFI protection isn't necessary where you are placing the new plug, neither will it hurt. I would run it in the least difficult way.
