FWIW, my Cyclone that I picked up this week had the same exact issue. Upon returning it to the dealer to replace a bad transfer switch, I had them check it out the signal to the living room tv. It ended up being a bad coaxial cable. I'm not sure if they replaced the ends or the whole cable.
