Whatever happened to "Made with Pride in the USA?"

Also, a tighten and torque should be part of an annual maintenance in an RV in my opinion. Rolling down the road and temperature variances can cause many things to loosen up in an RV. Many commercial buildings have all electrical equipment tightened and torqued annually. And that is for a stationary concrete and steel structure. I noticed the OP has a 2014 unit, so maybe reputable dealers should start doing this and make it part of the exorbitant PDI process. A definite potential recurring revenue stream.

WHAT!!! Perhaps some changes in quality control, but nobody needs to get a "slap".

Hopefully Heartland is monitoring and will take this issue to heart and modify their process to help ensure this type of problem does not happen again.

I suppose if a Heartland unit burns up and the cause is found to be faulty assembly, lack of proper training and etc some hotshot attorney will do more than slap a few people. Now lets hear it from blame it on the dealer crowd.
