amazing find when opening waste water tanks

Not sure if this is the correct place to post a thread but wanted to convey my experience with my new Sundance 3400QB. I was getting things ready for our first trip. Getting all the anti-freeze out and decided to open the rear waste water tank. I couldn't believe my eyes!!. Out came a flat head screw driver. Wonder if anyone at the factory is missing one. Amazed it made it all the way through to the outlet and wasn't in the tank itself. Surely, there must be a simple explanation.

Flat head??? Strange since everything is held with square drive screws.
Maybe a prankster somewhere along the line.
