So, here we are, back at home and the awning on our BH is still not fixed. The repairman has not received the motor/parts and Dometic claims it's due to the holiday. The stuff was ordered over a week before the holiday. Hopefully, when we return to our rig on the 17th, he'll have the parts and we'll get it done. What a load of bovine droppings.
