Just wanted to give a shout out to the people at the factory that took the time to address my needs today. Dave and his crew went way over the call of duty. These men and women that build are coaches are true professional and will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. A thank you just isn't enough, wish there was something else I could do for all that was involved in making this happen today. You all know who you are, and my wife and I are forever grateful. I felt compelled to write something positive because we hear far to many nevatives on this forum. Heartland and its employees are truely trying to make the best product in the market. I hope those people involved today can see this thread.
