I'm assuming there are those hidden one off camp sites out there, that aren't multiple site camp grounds. Example: One spot with hookups on the back of a farm next to a river.
How to people market these? Word of mouth? Craigslist?
We are living on our building site in our Bighorn preparing to build the house. I thought once the spot is empty it would be nice to rent out for extra income. Do people do this? Do you guys like to find spots like this?
It has the basics: 50A service, water, septic, separate driveway & views down into a valley. tucked into the hill, protected from wind, some freeway noise. 1 minute off major highway, 10 minutes from Olympia, Wa.
