At the factory

Nelson dropped our Golden Gate off at the factory last night for a long awaited fixed. Just wanted to ask the service techs to be gentle with it - it is one of your originals, number 33.
Seriously, I know it's in great hands. I just wanted to say thank you to whomever is working on it.

Our Bighorn 3500 RL is at the factory right now getting some repairs done. It is an original classic as it is an '06 purchased in Aug. '05.
Sure will be good to get it back next week.

It's back home, yea! The crack is gone! I'll post before and after pictures soon.

I am so glad to hear these great review. I am also very happy that Heartland has started to do some service work at the plant. I feel this will give them more knowledge of how these campers hold up over a period of time. I too had the pleaseure of getting some things fixed at the factory and those guys busted their humps getting it done and also did a great job.
