sorry took a while to reply but eventualy pulled the inside cover off the a/c and found the styrofoam was never even cut out for the air to reach the two vent runs in the ceiling, therefore virtual no air was going through. Simply cut it open with a butter knife, blowing fine now, nothing to brag about but good enough for me. Now just have to pick up tiny pieces of styrofoam coming out of vents every time its in use, its been a month now and finaly slowing down.
