Awesome customer service at Dexter axles

David Switalski at Dexter. I don't know how to upload the pdf he sent me with the part nos. and breakdown for my 7,000# axles but could copy to a needy soul. Also, lubricant and distributors list. I wanted to find hub seals BEFORE removing to inspect, rather than tear up a seal and not be able to find the right one.

And their suggestions as to why my brakes are so weak may be a solution. Have to do some more work before I'll know that. I can manually apply brakes fully and hardly notice. It's never been much better since new.

One thing they were mistaken on, though, is the automatic elimination of braking as you slow down past 25-30mph (Ford F350 2012). I have a dash graphic that shows my brakes are being applied regardless. What reduces is the amount of braking as I let up on the pedal. Pressure, not speed sensitive (yes, there is also some computer modification depending on conditions).

Simply, their attitude was refreshing.
