Awning lights

We got awning lights to change color and features with remote last time out but now nothing seems to work with the remote. Changed batteries and same thing. Stuck on red now. I even stood under what I believe to be sensor on end of awning and aimed directly at it. Nothing.

Thanks. I REALLY don’t want to take back to CW if possible.

I have the same problem, was on white or a long time now it is on red and blue together and can't get it back to white. Never take it to CW they are so bad.

I finally got mine to work, but only on red and green. The blue doesn't work at all.
